By accessing our website, booking portal, or receiving services at The Recovery Room Welland, you agree to the following terms:


1. Services

We provide registered massage therapy and wellness services at our clinic in Welland, Ontario. Services are intended for therapeutic purposes and general wellness.


2. Booking & Appointments

  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.

  • First-time patients are encouraged to book a longer session to allow time for health history and assessment.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments if necessary.


3. Payment & Direct Billing

Payment is required for all services. We accept in-person payments and provide direct billing to participating insurance companies. Patients must be prepared to cover any portion of service not paid by insurance.


4. Clinic Policies

By booking an appointment, you agree to abide by our Clinic Policies, which cover cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, makeup guidance, health & safety, and payment procedures. Failure to comply with clinic policies may result in loss of appointment privileges.


5. Accessibility & Accommodations

Our clinic complies with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and will make reasonable accommodations for patients with disabilities. Please contact us ahead of time to discuss any needs.


6. Use of Website & Digital Services

You agree to use our website responsibly. Unauthorized access, interference, or misuse is prohibited.


7. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


8. Liability

Services are provided in good faith. We are not liable for injuries or health issues outside the scope of professional massage therapy. Please consult your healthcare provider for medical advice.
