Do you direct bill?
Certainly! Our Registered Massage Therapists are able to bill your insurance company directly, saving you the inconvenience of paying upfront. How should I prepare for my massage?
We kindly ask that you arrive feeling clean and fresh for your appointment. A quick rinse or change of clothes beforehand is always appreciated if you've had a busy or sweaty day. Appointments may be refused or rescheduled if hygiene standards are not met.
What's included in my appointment time?
The appointment length reflects your full visit- including intake, health history, orthopaedic assessment, discussion of treatment goals, exercise prescription, and change time. The remaining portion of your booked time will be used for hands-on massage.
